We had a fantastic 2 night stay at Simon's cosy house. The location was perfect, with easy access to pubs, restaurants, and the seafront. The house itself was small but comfortable, with three bedrooms and modern amenities like fast wi-fi and a DAB radio. The wood-effect floorboards and comfy seating in the lounge added a nice touch. The well-stocked kitchen, including supplies of milk and juice on arrival, was a thoughtful addition. The bathroom upstairs was modern and the shower was large and effective. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

The house stayed warm thanks to the efficient boiler, and the automatic heating settings worked perfectly for us. Although it didn't affect our stay, guests with small children or mobility issues might find it inconvenient that there is no downstairs toilet. Additionally, the double mattresses in the two larger bedrooms could be firmer.
